NAbout the RolenAsa Zoho Presales Consultant, you will bridge prospective customers and our implementation team. You will engage with business owners and decision-makers, understand their business processes, conduct discovery sessions, prepare solution demonstrations, and recommend the most suitable Zoho products and implementation approach. NYou should enjoy interacting with customers, solving business problems, and demonstrating how technology can improve efficiency and growth. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Engage with inbound leads generated through our website, Zoho Partner Directory, referrals, webinars, and marketing campaigns. N Conduct discovery callsand gather business requirements. N Understand customer pain points and map them to appropriate Zoho solutions. N Design solution approaches using products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Workplace, Analytics, Flow, Desk, and related applications. N Conduct engaging onlineand in-person product demonstrations.



N Deliver industry-specific demonstrations using GoldenLion's prebuilt solution accelerators. N Prepare solution presentations, effort estimates, and implementation proposals. N Work closely with the delivery team to validate solution feasibility and implementation scope. N Assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOW), project scope documents, and implementation plans. N Coordinate with customers throughout the pre-sales cycle until project closure. N Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in Zoho CRM. N Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively. N Participate in customermeetings, workshops, and presentations whenever required. N Stay updated with the latest Zoho products, AI capabilities, automation features, and industry best practices. N Contribute to improvingGoldenLion's presales processes, demo environments, and sales collateral. NnRequired Skills Nn 2-6 years of experience in Zoho consulting, presales, implementation, or solution consulting. N Strong understanding ofZoho CRM is essential. N Good working knowledge of Zoho One and multiple Zoho applications. N Ability to understand business processes across different industries. N Excellent presentation and communication skills. N Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. N Ability to prepare professional proposals and solution documents.



N Comfortable interactingwith CXOs, founders, and business owners. N Ability to work independently while collaborating with implementation teams. N Strong ownership and excellent follow-up skills. N Willingness to continuously learn new Zoho products and technologies.
