Looking for candidates who have Steel Structures not into RCC" NJob SummarynWe are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in Steel Structures to join our team in SES, Hosur. NKey Responsibilitiesn1. Structural Analysis & Design NPerform structural analysis and design of metal building frames, secondary framing, and connections using industry-standard software (e.G., Tekla Structure Design, AutoCAD, and Idea Statica). NEnsure designs comply with applicable Euro-codes (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, AISI, MBMA) and project-specific requirements for UK & EU standards. NKnowledge in design performance for PEB Steel Structures NOptimize designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability while maintaining structural integrity. N2. Material Selection & Compliance NChoose appropriate construction materials based on structural requirements and environmental considerations. NEnsure all designs and materials comply with local (EU, UK & US)



building codes and regulations. N3. Project Coordination &Management; NCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate structural designs seamlessly into overall projects. NMonitor project progress,ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. NConduct design review meeting with client & Consultants and address any in office challenges. N4. Inspection & Maintenance NInspect existing structures to assess their condition and determine necessary repairs or reinforcements. NDevelop maintenance plansto prolong the lifespan of structures and ensure ongoing safety. N5. Documentation & Reporting NPrepare detailed reports,including design specifications, analysis results, and project updates. NMaintain accurate recordsof all design modifications and construction activities. NRequirementsn· Educational B.E or M.E Structural. N· Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software and structural analysis tools such as, Tekla Structure Design, AutoCAD, and Idea Statica. N· Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities. N· Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and reporting. N· Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design and analysis to ensure safety and compliance. N· SAP2000 is an added advantage.
