Job DescriptionSenior Key Accounts Manager – HVAC Projects NCompany: A public listed plumbing solutions company NDepartment: Project Sales NLocation: Mumbai NRole PurposenThe Senior Key Accounts Manager is responsible for driving large HVAC project opportunities and strengthening relationships with key consultants and contractors to expand specification-driven sales of PPR piping systems. NKey Responsibilitiesn1. Strategic Consultant Relationship Management Nn Build relationships with leading HVAC consultants and MEP design firms. N Influence project design and specification stages to include PPR piping systems. Nn2. Large Project Development Nn Identify and track large commercial HVAC projects including hospitals, IT parks, malls, airports, and industrial facilities. N Work closely with consultants and contractors to convert specifications into project orders. Nn3. Contractor Capability Development Nn Conduct technicalworkshops and application demonstrations for HVAC contractors. N Provide technical consultation during project planning and installation. Nn4. Influencer Network Development Nn Engage with insulation suppliers,
project management consultants, and key influencers within the HVAC ecosystem. Nn5. Distributor Channel Strengthening Nn Support development of stocking distributors for project supply. N Ensure distributors canmeet project delivery requirements. Nn6. Market Engagement Activities Nn Organize consultant meets, technical seminars, and factory visits for influencers. Nn7. Project Pipeline Monitoring Nn Ensure accurate project tracking in CRM system. N Monitor conversion of specifications into orders. NnKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Nn Number of specifications achieved in HVAC projects N Revenue generated from HVAC vertical N Number of strategic consultants engaged N Contractor capability development programs N Large project conversions N CRM project pipeline accuracy NnExperience & Qualification Nn Engineering Graduate (Mechanical preferred) N Min. 12 years experience in HVAC / project sales / piping solutions N Experience in consultant-driven sales setting N
