NIn a category often held back by inconsistent quality and low trust, we're setting a new standard through exceptional craftsmanship via our master artisans and a D2C-native, video-content led shopping experience that helps women shop and wear with confidence. NThe role in a nutshell: NSomeone who knows social well enough to spot a good idea, make it look good, and get it out into the world. You'll be working closely with our marketing team on the day-to-day social media for the brand: from planning and ideation to execution, scheduling and reporting. NWhat day to day looks like: N* Creating and editing reels,
carousels and static posts N* Bringing a solid visual eye and aesthetic sense to everything that goes out N* Helping identify and build on the kind of content that works for the brand N* Basic iPhone photography for content when needed N* Influencer and creator outreach N* Keeping the social media calendar moving and making sure things actually get out on time NWe care a lot about taste. You should be able to tell when a reel is genuinely good versus when it just has a trending audio on it. When a creative idea works and when something is simply trying too hard. NWe're looking for someonewith at least 1 year of social media experience who wants to be closely involved in building the social media vertical and can take ownership of the day-to-day.
