NAbout the RolenWeare looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with excellent client management skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality turnkey home interior projects. You will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving design excellence and project success. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects from concept to final handover. N Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and design requirements. N Develop space plans, layouts, mood boards, 3D concepts, and design presentations. N Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and execution documents. N Create Bills of Quantities (BoQs), material specifications, and cost estimates. N Coordinate with projectmanagers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure timely execution.



N Ensure high-quality design deliverables while maintaining project timelines and budgets. N Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. N Support sales closures by presenting compelling design solutions and building customer trust. N Mentor and guide juniordesigners while fostering collaboration across teams. N Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. NnRequired Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreeor Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. N Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior design. N Experience delivering 10+ turnkey or full-home residential projects. N Proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office. N Strong knowledge of modular furniture, materials, civil works, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and site execution. N Experience in BoQ preparation, project coordination, and vendor management. NnPreferred Skills Nn Excellent design aesthetics and space planning abilities. N Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. N Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. N Leadership and mentoring experience. N Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving and decision-making skills. N Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding design experiences.
