NWe are looking for a bright and passionate UX Writer (Technical) with the skills below: NThe ideal candidate should be able to translate technical concepts into intuitive user guidance while ensuring consistency across the product experience. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Create and maintain UX copy, micro-copy, and technical documentation for complex user journeys and workflows. N Understand diverse userpersonas and tailor content to their needs and technical proficiency. N Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to simplify complex solutions through effective content.



N Develop and maintain content standards, terminology, and writing guidelines as part of the Design Language System (DLS). N Ensure consistency, clarity, accessibility, and usability of content across digital products. N Review and refine product content based on user feedback and usability insights. NnRequired Skills: Nn Excellent writtenand verbal English communication skills. N Solid understanding ofUX writing principles, information architecture, and content design. N Experience writing technical documentation for enterprise or SaaS applications with complex workflows. N Ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into simple, user-friendly language. N Experience contributingto or maintaining Design Language Systems and content guidelines. N Robust collaboration and stakeholder management skills. N
