Job DescriptionArchitect for Workplace Interiors (Commercial) with 0-2 years experience NAs an Aldecor Designer for workplace, you will be responsible for creating functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project. Your focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients. NResponsibilities: Nn Collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client's needs and expectations N Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients N Develop detailed designdocumentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D) N Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept N Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing N Follow design guidelines, building codes,



and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are secure and comply with industry standards N Work with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets N Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and to provide guidance and advice N Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations. NnRequirements: Nn Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), photoshop and Enscape N Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills N Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly N Strong attention to detail and technical abilities N Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development N Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment NnQualificationsn N Minimum of a Bachelor'sdegree in Interior Design or Architecture N 0-3 years of experiencerequired in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors) N Proven experience in workplace interior design N Creative and innovativethinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs N A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style N Ability to work independently or as part of a team NnShare your portfolio to [email protected] or contact (phone hidden)
