NRole OverviewnWe're looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who can drive domestic growth in India while supporting international expansion across GCC, Africa, and Europe. This role blends technical sales, strategic business development, and marketing, offering exposure to high‐value industrial projects and global clients. NKey ResponsibilitiesnIndia – Primary Focus N
- Lead technical sales & BD across multiple industrial sectors N
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs & end‐users N
- Manage pipeline, CRM, forecasting & revenue targets N
- Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations N
- Strengthen branding through digital and LinkedIn campaigns NGlobal – Contributory Focus (EMEA) N
- Support Dubai, UAE office in international lead generation N
- Drive LinkedIn outreach, digital marketing & networking N
- Participate in trade fairs and client visits as required NIdeal Candidaten
- Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering N
- 5–10 years in technicalsales/BD (preferably heat exchangers or industrial equipment) N
- Strong communication & negotiation skills N
- CRM + LinkedIn marketing proficiency N
