You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating closely with the creative and social media teams, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. NThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously. The Account Manager will also maintain detailed project records, develop structured reporting formats, and provide regular updates to clients and management. NKey Responsibilitiesn1. Client Servicing Nn Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships. N Understand client objectives, social media requirements, and feedback, and communicate them effectively to the internal team. N Manage day-to-day client communication, including feedback, approvals, follow-ups, and queries. N Proactively communicatetimelines, delays, requirements, and project updates to clients. Nn2. Social Media Management Nn Coordinate the development and execution of monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. N Stay updated on social media trends, formats, cultural moments, and relevant content opportunities to identify proactive ideas for clients. N Break down client requirements and content plans into actionable tasks and delegate them to the appropriate team members. N Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards. N Identify and address issues or bottlenecks promptly to prevent delays and ensure smooth execution. Creative Briefing & Execution Nn Coordinate the complete process from brief → creation → internal review → client approval → final delivery. N Consolidate client feedback and communicate revisions clearly to the creative team. N Ensure deliverables areaccurate, on-brand, and delivered within timelines. Nn4. Content Calendar & Campaign Coordination Nn Maintain monthly social media content calendars. N Track upcoming posts, campaigns, launches, festivals, important dates, and client requirements. N Follow up with internalteams to ensure there are no gaps in the content pipeline. Nn5. Social Media Reporting Nn Prepare monthly social media performance reports for assigned clients. N Present key observations and actionable insights to clients. Nn6. Performance Tracking Nn Analyze and trackkey performance metrics for client projects. N Proactively suggest improvements to processes or strategies based on project outcomes and feedback NnKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Nn Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and retention rate of assigned clients. N Timeliness: Percentage of projects delivered on or before deadlines. N Accuracy: Minimal revisions or errors in deliverables due to miscommunication or unclear requirements. N Reporting Quality: Completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of client reports. N Team Collaboration: Smooth delegation and coordination across internal teams. NnQualifications & Skills Nn Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. N 1-3 years of experiencein account management, project management, or a related role. N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. N Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
