Job DescriptionBelow are the roles and responsibilities: NJob Location- GurgaonnDesignation- Operations Audit Executive NCTC - 3LPA-4LPAnWe are looking for an Operations Audit Executive who will act as the internal check-and-balance for our day-to-day operations — pickups, purchase, customer retention, and repeat business. This is not a one- time or spot-check role. It is an ongoing, full-time function that requires continuously pulling data, cross-verifying it against ground reality, chasing down discrepancies to their root cause, and following through until corrective action is actually implemented and holds. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Review and reconcile operational data to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and process gaps. N Investigate irregularities by checking transaction records, timestamps, locations, and team inputs. N Identify potential losses and leakages such as weight mismatches, pricing errors, duplicate payouts, and process deviations. N Track recurring issues and analyze patterns across teams, locations, and time periods.



N Conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical corrective actions and process improvements. N Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports with findings, evidence, impact, and recommendations. N Coordinate with Operations, Purchase, Customer Support, and field teams to verify issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented. NnQualifications & Experience N● Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. N● 1–2 years of experiencein audit, operations audit, data analysis, compliance, or a similar role. N● Proven experience in data review, discrepancy identification, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and reporting. N● Strong experience in identifying process gaps, operational leakages, and recurring issues. N● Experience in startups,e-commerce, logistics, mobility, waste management, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
