The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and effective learning environment for senior secondary students. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Teach English to seniorsecondary students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. N Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured and concept-based lessons. N Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening and critical-thinking skills. N Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers and other academic resources. N Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students. N Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support. N Prepare students effectively for Board Examinations. N Maintain proper recordsof students' academic performance and progress. N Use innovative teachingmethodologies and appropriate digital resources. N Encourage students to participate in discussions, presentations,



debates and other language-based activities. N Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning workplace. N Coordinate with parentsregarding students' academic progress whenever required. N Participate actively inschool events, meetings, workshops and other academic activities. N Contribute to the overall academic development and standards of the school. NnRequired Qualifications Nn Postgraduate Degree in English (M.A. English) from a recognized university. N B.Ed. from a recognizedinstitution. N Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience, preferably at the PGT/Senior Secondary level. N Experience in a CBSE school will be preferred. N Strong command of spoken and written English. N Positive knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns and Board Examination requirements. N Excellent classroom management and communication skills. N Ability to use technology and digital teaching resources effectively.
