NPosition: NPD Chef – Multi Cuisine NAbout The RolenNPD Chef – Multi-Cuisine to join our team and drive innovative product development across multiple food categories. We are looking for someone who is not just a great chef, but a culinary innovator who can connect food trends with scalable manufacturing and business opportunities. NLocation: Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560300 NThe ideal candidate should have: N· Strong experience in multi-cuisine food development, preferably within food manufacturing, QSR, airline catering, hotel, cruise, or large-scale commercial kitchens. N· Proven experience in NPD, product trials, recipe development and commercialisation. N· Good understanding of current food trends, consumer preferences and emerging cuisines. N· Ability to translate culinary concepts into scalable, commercially viable products. N· Experience working withindustrial food production processes, equipment and advanced technologies will be an advantage. N· Solid understanding offood cost, yield, standardisation, shelf life, quality and food safety. N· Ability to identify individual components, sauces, fillings, bases and other products that can be commercialised across different customer segments. N· Strong team leadership and the ability to coach, develop and collaborate with R&D;, QA, Production and Commercial teams. N· A strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand which products can be developed for QSR, hotels, cafés, airlines, institutional catering, retail and export markets.
