NThe role involves workingclosely with clients, artists, vendors and internal teams to ensure that every project is delivered efficiently, on schedule and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong project-management and communication skills with creative thinking, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Plan, coordinate and execute projects from initiation through completion. N Develop detailed execution plans, timelines and schedules.
N Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of all milestones and deliverables. N Liaise with clients andtheir representatives throughout project execution. N Identify, coordinate with and manage vendors according to project requirements. N Build and maintain robust professional relationships with clients, artists, vendors and other stakeholders.
