NResponsibilities: Nn System Design andIntegration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and integrate control systems and subsystems for aerospace applications. N Control Algorithm Development: Create and optimize control algorithms for aircraft, drones, or other airspace systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance requirements. N Simulation and Modeling: Develop and implement simulation models to evaluate the behavior of control systems under various conditions, fine-tuning them for optimal performance. N Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of control systems, identifying and resolving issues to meet regulatory and quality standards. N Fault Analysis and Diagnostics: Implement fault detection and diagnostic strategies to ensure the reliability and robustness of control systems. NnQualifications: Nn Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Control Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus. N Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in control system design and engineering within the aerospace industry (preference for 10+ years). N Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, or Python for control algorithm development and simulation. N System Modeling: Strong understanding of dynamic system modeling and simulation tools. N Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards such as DO-178C, DO-254, and ARP4754 is a plus. N Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex control system issues. N Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
