Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities N-Fund Operations Management Nn Oversee the day-to-day operations of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). N Manage drawdowns, distributions, fund accounting, investor allocations, NAV, cash flows and reconciliations. N Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, banks, RTA, depositories and other service providers. N Handle fund bank and custody account operations, including payments, wire transfers, settlements and reconciliations. N Manage demat issuance of AIF units and related corporate actions. NnFinancial Control & Reporting Nn Preparation and review periodic financial statements and support statutory and internal audits. NnInvestor Servicing Nn Complete/Prepare and review investor-provided reporting templates, capital account statements and communications. N Respond to investor queries in a timely manner. NnTax & Regulatory Compliance Nn Ensure timely tax, regulatory and statutory filings. N Track regulatory changes affecting AIFs and update processes accordingly.



N Maintain records for audits, inspections and regulatory reviews. NnKey Skills & Competencies Nn Robust understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, IFSCA FME Regulations, fund structures and compliance. N Sound knowledge of fundaccounting, NAV, reconciliations, investor reporting and financial controls. N Experience in treasury,custody, settlements, audits, filings and investor servicing. N Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. N Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. NnPreferred Background Nn AIF, asset management, fund administration or fund accounting experience preferred. N Ability to manage multiple funds simultaneously.
