The selected candidates will support medical communication, scientific documentation, healthcare projects, and cross-functional collaboration involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders. NDepending on their experience and capabilities, candidates may be assigned as either a Medical Writer or a Project Manager within the organization. NKey ResponsibilitiesnMedical Writer Track Nn Author, review, and edit scientific, clinical, and medical content. N Translate and localize medical documents between Chinese and English. N Develop medical summaries, literature reviews, training materials, and educational content. N Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with regulatory and client requirements. N Interpret clinical dataand convert complex medical information into clear and audience-appropriate communication. N Support publication, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, and clinical research projects. NnProject Manager Track Nn Coordinate end-to-end execution of medical and healthcare projects. N Act as a liaison between clients, medical experts, translators, and operational teams. N Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communication.



N Review project documentation and ensure quality standards are maintained. N Facilitate meetings, track action items, and prepare project reports. N Collaborate with Chinese-speaking partners, healthcare institutions, and clients. NnRequired Qualifications NEducationnn MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD, BSc/MSc Life Sciences, Nursing, Biotechnology, Public Health, or related healthcare discipline. N Candidates educated or having worked in China will be highly preferred. NnLanguage Requirements Nn Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. N Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in Chinese. N Good command of Englishfor business and scientific communication. NnExperiencen N 1-4+ years of experience in any of the following: N Medical writingn Clinical research N Medical affairsn Healthcare communication N Scientific content development N Healthcare project coordination N Clinical operations N Hospital or healthcare administration NnPreferred Qualifications Nn Experience working with Chinese hospitals, healthcare institutions, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, or medical device organizations. N Experience translating or reviewing scientific content in Chinese and English. N Familiarity with clinical research, regulatory documentation, pharmacovigilance, or publication planning.
