NKey Responsibilities: Nn Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements (FB/Instagram, YouTube), presentations, and marketing materials. N Assist in branding initiatives, including logo design, brochures, posters, and infographics. N Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content as required. NnRequirements: Nn Bachelor's degreeor diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. N 1-3 years of experiencein graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting. Prior Real Estate experience is preferred. N Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma. N A strong creative portfolio showcasing previous work. N Understanding of designprinciples, typography, and color theory. N
