NThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital marketing, content creation, design, research and understanding new technology/products. NWhat You'll Donn Understand Kat & Krow, our products, services and overall ecosystem deeply. N Create and execute digital marketing ideas across relevant platforms. N Research audiences, competitors, trends and new growth opportunities. N Create engaging social media content, campaigns and promotional material. N Write captions, posts, blogs, scripts, product content and marketing copy. N Create or assist with visually appealing designs for social media and marketing. N Develop creative ideas for reels, videos, carousels, campaigns and other content formats. N Help maintain a consistent brand identity across digital channels. N Track basic content andmarketing performance such as reach, engagement and conversions. N Experiment with new content formats, platforms and growth strategies. N Work closely with the team to turn products, features and ideas into clear and compelling stories. NnWhat We're LookingForMust Have Nn Strong interest in Digital Marketing & Growth. N Good content-writing and communication skills. N Creativity and a strongsense of visual presentation. N Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.



N Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar. N Ability to research, learn and understand new products quickly. N Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, explicit and engaging language. N Strong attention to detail. N Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment. NnA Big Plusn N Experience managing a social media page or brand. N Knowledge of SEO and content marketing. N Experience creating reels/short-form videos. N Copywriting experience. N Basic understanding of analytics and marketing metrics. N Familiarity with AI tools and modern productivity tools. N Previous experience in marketing, branding, content or growth.
