- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to financial and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex application issues in a multi-component environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
