Role Summary

The Python Developer will develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet client needs. This role is suited for a motivated early-career developer with 0-2 years of experience who brings strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features, write clean and maintainable code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Essential Job Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Expected Education & Experience

- 0-2 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proven experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High level of accountability and responsibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with Robot Framework is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
