Position: Assistant Manager/ Manager - DT

Location:- Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Key Job Description -

1. Preparation & Filing of Annual Income Tax Returns of companies/firms/individuals/ trusts.

2. Preparation & Filing of Quarterly TDS/TCS Returns.

3. Preparation & Computation of Advance Tax Liability.

4. Assistance in Direct Tax Litigation matter like Adjudication, Appeals and Revision Proceedings.

5. Preparation & finalization of draft audited Annual Financials Statements and provision of Tax according to Ind-AS and Tax audit reports and other forms related to Indian Tax compliance.

Preparation of details / documents for faceless assessment and attending before Income Tax authorities for tax various assessments, appeal effect / rectifications / tax refunds etc.

7. Preparation of paper books / judgement / case laws for filing and attending before CIT(A) / DRP/ ITAT.

8. Good Knowledge of Indian Income-tax laws to resolve various tax queries/issues related to tax matters and advising.

9. Working experience in an International Tax environment and positive knowledge of DTAA and various cross-border withholding tax issues/queries.

10. Sound knowledge of new Income Tax rules and amendments i.e. ICDS, GAAR, and income tax provision according to new accounting standards i.e. Ind AS and new companies act rules, etc.

11. Knowledge of transfer pricing compliances in India along with transfer pricing documentation and transfer pricing assessments and litigation.
