. Excellent knowledge on SharePoint Online, OneDrive and PowerShell scripting
. Understanding of Azure, Exchange Online, MS Teams is required
. Experience in ServiceNow ticketing tool and ITIL process knowledge

Team player with enthusiasm and ability to upskill on required skills.
. Comfortable working on 24.5 rotational shift pattern
. Valuable communication skill is must
