Job Overview

Sutherland is hiring International Voice Process Executives for its Amazon Project in Chennai.

The role involves handling customer interactions through voice calls and providing professional, accurate and customer-focused support to international customers.

The candidate must have excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation, solid articulation and a professional UK-style communication ability.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound international customer calls professionally and confidently.
- Assist customers with their queries, requests and concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.
- Communicate with customers in clear, fluent and professional English .
- Maintain a UK-style professional communication approach , including appropriate tone, pronunciation, vocabulary and etiquette.
- Handle customer complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Provide step-by-step assistance and troubleshooting wherever required.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Follow Amazon/Sutherland process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team when required.

Mandatory Requirements

- Excellent spoken English communication is mandatory.
- Candidate must be highly comfortable speaking with UK/international customers .
- UK-style English communication / pronunciation / articulation is strongly mandatory.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills.
- Clear and confident voice.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts , including night shifts.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off .
- Must be comfortable working 100% from office in Perungalathur, Chennai.

Educational Qualification

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate can apply.
- Freshers and relevant international voice-process candidates may be considered based on the project requirement.

Candidates with experience in:

- UK Voice Process
- UK Customer Support
- International Customer Service
- BPO / Call Centre
- Technical Voice Support
- Customer Service

Candidate Profile
