We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design & Development Engineer with 7–13 years of experience in electrical design and development, preferably within the semiconductor/electronics domain. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience with E3. series for electrical schematic, wiring, cable and harness design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, cable and harness systems using E3. series.
- Develop and maintain electrical design documentation, BOMs, connection lists and wiring schedules.
- Work on electrical system architecture and component selection based on project requirements.
- Perform electrical design calculations, circuit analysis and design validation.
- Create and review electrical schematics, panel layouts and interconnection diagrams.
- Support electrical design development from concept through prototype, testing and production.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Electronics, PCB, Controls, Firmware and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Analyze design issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with applicable electrical and safety standards.
- Support ECR/ECN,
change management, configuration management and documentation activities.
- Work closely with suppliers/manufacturing teams for electrical components, cables and assemblies.
- Troubleshoot electrical design and integration issues during testing and product development.
Required Skills
- 7–13 years of experience in Electrical Design & Development
- Strong hands-on experience in E3. series / Zuken E3
Good knowledge of:
- Electrical schematic design
- Wiring & cable design
- Electrical BOM
- Connector and component selection
- Power distribution
- Design documentation
Experience in semiconductor equipment / semiconductor manufacturing / electronics equipment is preferred.
Good understanding of electrical design standards and engineering practices.
Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Semiconductor Domain Experience
Candidates with experience in semiconductor equipment, wafer fabrication equipment, test equipment, automation equipment, or high-tech engineering products will be preferred.
