About the Role-

MARS Cosmetics is looking for a sharp, analytical professional to join its Corporate Strategy team. This role will work closely with senior leadership to shape growth priorities, evaluate new opportunities, and drive high-impact strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

1. Identify, evaluate, and structure investment, M&A;, and partnership opportunities across categories, channels, and markets
2. Conduct due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analysis for potential deals
3. Develop business cases and investment memos for new ventures, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
4.



Support deal execution — from opportunity screening through negotiation, structuring, and integration planning
5. Track market, competitor, and category trends to identify spaces and inorganic growth levers
6. Support annual planning and leadership reviews with strategic and financial inputs
7. Prepare decision-ready presentations and investment papers for senior stakeholders and board-level discussions

What we're looking for

1. 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, or corporate development/M&A;
2. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills
3. Commercial mindset with interest in beauty, consumer products, and digital commerce
4. Ability to independently drive deal processes and collaborate across functions in a quick-paced environment
5. Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CA/CFA preferred
