Designation: Operational Performance Expert - Business Turnaround

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Turnaround & Operations professional to identify operational challenges, stabilize distressed businesses and drive improvements in cash flow, EBITDA and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic audits to identify operational inefficiencies and stress drivers.
- Execute turnaround strategies focused on cash flow stabilization and EBITDA improvement.
- Oversee treasury operations and internal financial controls during crisis phases.
- Establish governance and monitoring systems to track turnaround milestones.

Key Requirements:

- MBA (Operations) or Engineering with specialization in Business Transformation.
- 12-15 years of experience in corporate turnarounds, operations or restructuring.
- Lean / Six Sigma expertise preferred.
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of reviving distressed businesses.
