- Be a true partner to the CEO in our journey to build a decacorn.
- Work on strategic initiatives by coordinating the CEO's outreach activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and be able to track multiple threads across multiple departments and push them for closure.
- Independently follow up and ensure the results promised to the CEO office.
- Match up and talk to departmental heads for OKR tracking, helping form summaries, actions, and next steps.
- Be responsible for follow-up on meetings, ensuring all action items and decisions are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- With prior experience/training in Coaching, use techniques to help create Aha Moments.
- Maintain a happy disposition and the ability to match the demanding schedule of a CEO with global operations.
- Inspire trust and demonstrate inspiring leadership characteristics.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and ensure it is handled professionally and discreetly.
Required Skills:
- Solid work tenure: 6+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
- Well aware of technology trends and various productivity tools, with the ability to leverage ChatGPT and focus management tools.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, and funded partners.
- Good problem-solving skills, independent thinker, and ability to hold ground despite intimidation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and compartmentalize.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree along with a Master's in Business Administration or a related field from a reputed college/university.
- Proficient in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders across various domains, including technology and business.
