- The role will involve recruiting for high-level positions such as C-level executives, Heads of various Centers of Excellence (COEs), Head of Sales in different regions, and Senior delivery team members.
Position Summary:
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will directly partner with the Leadership Team to creatively and effectively fill open leadership and senior positions with top talent.
What you will do:
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment for all leadership and senior positions under general direction.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and identify talent through established and new channels.
- Develop creative and diverse sourcing plans, leveraging social networking and cutting-edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network.
- Create an impressive experience for candidates at every step, including coordinating all interview details and logistics.
- Define and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates the employee value proposition to attract top talent.
- Provide recommendations and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting and interview process.
- Collaborate with business and human resource leadership to assess future skill requirements and develop appropriate talent recruiting strategies to aid the business in acquiring the necessary skills and capabilities.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for challenging-to-fill roles.
- Maintain regular and proper records via the applicant tracking system.
- Build quality relationships with internal customers and external recruitment agencies.

Qualifiers (What you need):
- 3 - 6 years of experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in running the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Product/Technology/Sales Consulting roles.
- Good understanding of software technologies and current trends in IT.
- Experience with a global Leadership hiring/search firm/software development company is a huge plus.
- Good hands-on experience with various sourcing channels.
