We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in the insurance domain
The ideal candidate will have expertise in business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, and strategic planning while working on enterprise-level projects.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Work as a Business Analyst/Business Consultant in the BFSI domain, specifically in insurance.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed requirement definitions and use cases.
- Conduct business analysis, including process flow diagrams, approach documents, NFR documents, and RACI matrices.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication, coordinating between business and technical teams.
- Work on third-party integrations and ensure seamless implementation.
- Understand architecture principles and technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, and Automation.
- Support business development teams in pre-sales activities.
- Work in Agile, Waterfall,
and SDLC models, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, etc.) to create detailed documentation.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Skills And Qualifications
- B.Tech + MBA is preferred.
- Strong experience in business analysis methodologies and working on enterprise-level projects.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and strategic planning.
- Basic knowledge of logical architecture principles and appreciation for technologies like Cloud and Automation.
- Experience with SQL commands is preferred.
- Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with cross-functional team
