The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

- Salesforce Development:
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust solutions.
- System Maintenance and Support:
- Perform regular system maintenance,
including data integrity and security checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and implement them as appropriate.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
Competencies
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) are highly desirable.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a robust understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
