Key Responsibilities

- Test Sterling OMS modules including Order Management, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Shipping
- Develop and execute test cases for Sterling OMS functionalities and custom workflows
- Validate data flow across integrated systems such as ERP, SAP, and WMS
- Perform hands-on SQL-based data validation within Sterling OMS databases
- Conduct API testing and work with Sterling in-ques and out-ques
- Track defects and issues using tools like JIRA
- Troubleshoot Sterling OMS issues and support configuration validation
- Ensure complete test coverage for Sterling OMS processes and integrations
