- Perform manual and automated testing within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure built-in quality
- Collaborate with scrum teams on test planning, execution, and demos alongside verification leads
- Conduct functional, performance, load, and reliability testing to validate software robustness
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium and BDD frameworks
- Document test plans, protocols, and reports to ensure validation and compliance standards are met
- Troubleshoot and triage issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution
- Maintain traceability of requirements to guarantee comprehensive test coverage
- Work with version control and test management tools such as GitHub, ADS, ClearQuest, and Windchill
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks
- Preferred: Gain experience with cloud-based testing environments
