Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Data Program Manager to lead large scale data transformation analytics data engineering and cloud modernization programs across the organization
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of program management stakeholder management data strategy and technical expertise to successfully drive enterprise data initiatives from planning through execution

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Leadership
- Lead end to end delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs
- Define program objectives scope milestones roadmaps and success metrics
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Develop and execute program plans schedules budgets and resource allocation strategies
- Drive successful delivery while managing risks dependencies and change requests

Technical Requirements:

- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into data initiatives




- Act as the primary liaison between business technology and executive leadership teams
- Present program updates risks and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees
- Build solid relationships across cross functional teams to ensure program success

Additional Responsibilities:

- Data Technology Programs
- Lead initiatives involving Data Engineering Data Warehousing BI Analytics Cloud Migration AI ML and Data Governance
- Oversee the implementation of modern data platforms such as Databricks Snowflake Azure AWS and GCP
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on solution design and execution strategies
- Drive adoption of Data Lake Lakehouse Data Mesh and Data Fabric architectures where applicable
