Utthunga is seeking an experienced Embedded Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver cutting-edge embedded systems projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to oversee the design, development, and integration of embedded firmware and hardware systems. This pivotal role is responsible for end-to-end project management, robust stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant embedded solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage embedded systems projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and scope.
- Oversee the design, development, and integration of embedded firmware and hardware components.
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative workplace.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant embedded solutions that meet technical specifications and business requirements.




- Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partners involved in embedded development.
- Stay abreast of latest trends and technologies in embedded systems, hardware, and software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in project management, specifically in embedded systems development (firmware and hardware).
- Deep technical expertise in embedded systems architecture, design, and development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle for embedded solutions.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
