Utthunga is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Allen Bradley Programmer to join our automation engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, FactoryTalk View Studio, and SCADA networking. You will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning automation systems for various industrial applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop PLC programs using Allen Bradley ControlLogix and Studio 5000.
- Develop and configure HMI/SCADA applications using FactoryTalk View Studio (ME/SE).
- Integrate PLCs with SCADA systems and ensure robust network communication (Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet).
- Perform I/O mapping, logic development, and comprehensive system testing.
- Collaborate with electrical and instrumentation teams for seamless system integration.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including wiring diagrams, logic flowcharts, and user manuals.
- Ensure code documentation, version control, and test validation are meticulously managed.
- Guarantee compliance with safety standards and industry best practices throughout all projects.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance teams.




- Support in office commissioning and troubleshooting of automation systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Allen Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and Studio 5000.
- Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Functional Block Diagrams (FBD), Structured Text (ST), and IEC 61131 standards.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs;, and instrumentation drawings.
- Strong experience with FactoryTalk View Studio ME/SE.
- Knowledge of SCADA architecture, networking protocols, and industrial communication (EtherNet/IP, OPC, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with RSLogix 5000, RSLinx, and PanelView HMIs.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.
