Utthunga is looking for an experienced Allen-Bradley (AB) PLC Programmer to join our team, focusing on advanced automation and control systems for high-precision semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role involves the full lifecycle of software solutions on Rockwell Automation platforms, from development and testing to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and debug PLC programs using RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand control system requirements.
- Implement PLC logic and control sequences specifically for semiconductor equipment.
- Integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA systems such such as FactoryTalk View ME/SE and PanelView Plus.
- Support in office commissioning and troubleshooting of automation systems.
- Maintain code documentation, ensure version control, and perform test validation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all automation projects.





Key Skills Required

- Strong hands-on experience with AB PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix).
- Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and IEC 61131 standards.
- Expertise in Rockwell tools, including FactoryTalk View and PanelView.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment or cleanroom automation.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs;, and instrumentation drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Knowledge of SECS/GEM protocols.
- Experience with motion control, servo systems, and robotics.
- Familiarity with EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet or other industrial networks.
