Utthunga is seeking a meticulous and proactive Executive - Process Excellence to join our team. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our products and solutions consistently meet high-quality standards and adhere to established processes. This role focuses on driving compliance, conducting audits, and supporting our continuous improvement initiatives within the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring the Product/Solution is compliant to the process, verifying adherence to defined standards and methodologies.
- Conduct SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) reviews to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Verify conformance to documented procedures across various projects and teams.
- Conduct Work Product Audits to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Facilitate and support Internal Audits, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up on findings.
- Prepare comprehensive Compliance Summary Reports for stakeholders.
- Assist Senior/Lead team members with certification/recertification preparation and updates to documented procedures.
