Role Summary:

The Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admission process for the school, from initial walk-in or telephonic enquiry through to final enrolment, while managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining Customer Relationship Management system hygiene, planning engagement events, and driving conversion targets.

Position: Admission Counsellor
/n
We are looking for a agile, result-oriented, and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team and support the school's admission and enrolment process.
/n
Responsibilities:
/n
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
/n
- Counsel prospective parents and provide complete information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
/n
- Conduct school tours and coordinate with prospective parents to ensure a positive admission experience.
/n
- Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert prospective leads into admissions.
/n
- Maintain accurate admission data and update enquiry and admission trackers.
/n
- Coordinate with the school team to ensure smooth completion of the admission process.
/n
- Participate in school events, admission drives, and promotional activities.
/n
- Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets.
/n
Qualifications and Requirements:
/n
- Graduate or postgraduate degree; an MBA is preferred.
/n
- Prior experience of 2–3 years in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
/n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
/n
- Strong counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
/n
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience in handling CRM, Zoho or admission management systems will be an added advantage.
/n
- Candidates should be proactive, confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
/n
