Role Overview

/n

We are looking for a senior Delivery Leader with strong NOC experience and exposure to SOC operations to lead large-scale service delivery and manage key client relationships.

/n

The role requires an individual with exceptional communication, executive presence, and client-facing skills, as the ability to engage confidently with senior clients will be a critical success factor.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

NOC & SOC Delivery

/n

Lead and manage end-to-end NOC operations, with exposure to or experience in SOC, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

/n

Service Delivery Management

/n

Own overall delivery performance, including service governance, operational reviews, escalations, risk management, and delivery excellence.

/n

Client & Stakeholder Management

/n

Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and confidently managing service reviews, escalations, expectations, and strategic discussions.

/n

Operational Leadership

/n

Lead large and diverse delivery teams, drive accountability, and ensure smooth coordination across operations, technology, security, and other internal stakeholders.

/n

Governance & Performance Management

/n

Establish strong governance mechanisms, monitor key operational KPIs, drive SLA performance, and proactively identify and address service risks.

/n

Service Improvement

/n

Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service quality, automation, productivity, and overall customer experience.

/n

Escalation & Crisis Management

/n

Manage critical incidents and senior-level escalations, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely resolution.

/n

Business & Delivery Growth

/n

Partner with internal leadership and clients to identify opportunities for service expansion, transformation, and improvement.

/n

Relevant Experience

/n

/n





- Significant experience in NOC operations and service delivery, with subsequent exposure to or experience managing SOC operations.

/n

- Strong background in IT/Technology Infrastructure, Managed Services, Network Operations, or Cybersecurity Operations.

/n

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or complex delivery operations.

/n

- Strong experience managing enterprise and senior client stakeholders.

/n

- Experience in service governance, SLA management, operational reviews, escalations, and service improvement.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across clients, delivery teams, and internal leadership

/n

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

/n

- Relevant certifications in IT Service Management, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Service Delivery will be an added advantage.

/n

- Advanced management or leadership qualifications will be preferred but are not mandatory.

/n

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior NOC Delivery Leader who has progressed into broader service delivery and has exposure to SOC operations. More importantly, the person should have a solid client-facing personality, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to represent the organisation in front of senior client stakeholders.
