Job Description

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for the plant.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, food safety, and EHS requirements.
- Drive quality standards and adherence to manufacturing best practices.
- Improve capacity utilization, OEE, yield, line efficiency, and productivity metrics.
- Manage plant budgets, capital expenditure, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure efficient production planning and dispatch execution.
- Lead plant modernization, continuous improvement, and infrastructure projects.
- Build a high-performance culture and maintain positive employee and labour relations

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:





- Graduate in Engineering or Food Technology; management qualification preferred.
- 18-20 years of manufacturing experience with at least 8-10 years within the FMCG industry, preferably snacks or namkeen categories.
- Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, quality systems, and plant operations.
- Proven expertise in OEE, yield improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost management.
- Experience managing large teams, labour relations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, agility, and decision-making capability
