We are looking for a strategic leader to build and lead our Strategy practice, partnering with clients to solve complex business challenges and unlock sustainable growth. This role sits at the intersection of business consulting, branding, customer experience, digital transformation, AI, and technology.

As the Head of Strategy, you will define business, brand, and digital strategies, guide cross-functional teams, influence executive stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will also play a key role in shaping the company's consulting capabilities, thought leadership, and business growth.

Lead end-to-end strategic consulting engagements across business, brand, marketing, digital, AI, and customer experience.

Partner with CXOs and senior leadership teams to understand business priorities and define growth strategies.
Develop corporate, business, and digital transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
Translate market insights into actionable business recommendations.
Identify emerging trends, technology shifts, and innovation opportunities.
Evaluate business models, revenue streams, and market positioning.
Recommend strategies to improve profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency.
Define brand positioning, value propositions, and customer segmentation.
Design customer journey and experience strategies.
Ensure consistency between business objectives, brand strategy, and customer experience.
Advise clients on digital transformation initiatives, automation, AI adoption, and technology enablement.
Collaborate with technology teams to align business requirements with digital solutions.




Identify opportunities to improve business performance through data, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
Lead discovery workshops, executive presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Support current business acquisition through strategic consulting, proposals, and client pitches.
Contribute to account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
Develop consulting frameworks, methodologies, and reusable strategic assets.
Work closely with creative, marketing, technology, data, AI, and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Establish best practices for strategic planning, research, and consulting delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
10+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, corporate strategy, digital transformation, brand consulting, or related fields.
Experience working with enterprise clients, startups, or consulting firms is highly desirable.
