Role Overview
/n
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency. Someone who can translate Surma's philosophy into clean, compelling, and high-quality visual content across digital platforms.

This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone robust in fundamentals and excited to grow with a brand.

Key Responsibilities
/n

- Design creatives for Instagram (posts, reels covers, stories, ads)
/n
- Create performance marketing assets for Meta and other digital platforms
/n
- Design website banners, landing visuals, and emailers
/n
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, and brand language
/n
- Adapt designs across multiple sizes and formats quickly
/n
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team on campaigns
/n
- Create lookbook layouts and moodboards
/n
- Assist with shoot decks, visual references, and campaign presentations
/n
/n
Requirements
/n
/n
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
/n
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
/n
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
/n
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
/n
- Strong attention to detail
/n
- A portfolio showcasing social and digital work
/n

Good to Have

- Experience working with lifestyle / fashion / beauty brands
/n
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects)

- Understanding of performance marketing creatives
