Role Overview

/n

This role requires the individual to develop content for brands across lifestyle, health,

/n

education, events, and more. The candidate will work on various content formats including

/n

social media posts, blogs, infographics, and emailers, while also contributing to creative

/n

campaigns for brand building and audience engagement.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

This isn't just a "write captions and chill" role (though yes, you will write some fire

/n

captions).

/n

You'll:

/n

Dive deep into brands — understanding their audience, tone, and what makes

/n

people stop scrolling.

/n

Create scroll-stopping content across platforms, including social media,

/n

performance ads, outdoor campaigns, and reels that drive engagement.

/n

Turn ideas into campaigns that people actually engage with (not just double-tap and

/n

forget)

/n





Work closely with designers, marketers, and clients — because good ideas rarely

/n

happen in isolation

/n

Look at performance data and think, "how do we make this better?"

/n

Required Qualifications & Skills

/n

We're not looking for Shakespeare. We're looking for someone who can make people feel

/n

something in 10 words or less.

/n

- A background in Mass Communication, Literature, or a related field is essential to bring

/n

strong storytelling and communication fundamentals.

/n

- Strong written & verbal communication (grammar is cool, clarity is cooler)

/n

- A creative brain that doesn't settle for the first idea

/n

- Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, etc.

/n

- 0- 1 year of experience in writing, content, or social media (internships count!)

/n

- Someone who's curious, observant, and low-key obsessed with good content

/n
