Job Summary:

/n

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant (Inter CA) to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and the ability to work closely with leadership for strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

/n

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)

/n

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings

/n

- Handle audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors

/n

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

/n

- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records

/n





- Support financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making

/n

- Manage payroll accounting and ensure timely salary processing

/n

- Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders

/n

- Assist in improving financial processes and implementing controls

/n

/n

/n

Qualifications & Requirements:

/n

/n

- Intermediate CA (IPCC cleared) – Mandatory

/n

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field

/n

- 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience

/n

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

/n

- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

/n

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, Quick Books) and MS Excel

/n

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus

/n
