Manage and review day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

- Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle bank reconciliations, AR/AP, journal entries, and general ledger adjustments
- Prepare sales tax returns, 1099 filings, and ensure compliance with US accounting standards
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries
- Work efficiently on Quick Books or similar US accounting software

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in US Accounting.

- Solid understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Proficiency in Quick Books / Xero (mandatory).
