We are hiring an experienced Events & Operations professional with robust exposure to B2B shows, exhibitions and trade events!

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 3–7 Years

Budget: ₹7–9 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to Maximum 15 Days Officially

Must-Have Experience

• B2B Event Operations / Exhibition Management

• Shows, Exhibitions & Trade Events experience is mandatory

• Buyer-Seller Meets / Trade Shows exposure

• Client & Stakeholder Management

• Event Registration & Guest Management

• Event Scheduling & Appointment Coordination

• MS Excel & PowerPoint

• CRM Data Management & Reporting

• Strong Written & Verbal Communication

Key Responsibilities





• Manage end-to-end operations for Buyer-Seller Meets and flagship trade events

• Coordinate onboarding of exhibitors and targeted buyers

• Manage 1-on-1 buyer-seller meeting schedules and appointment trackers

• Supervise registration, check-in and guest hospitality during events

• Coordinate with international teams across US, China and Europe

• Work with creative/brand teams for print, digital and signage requirements

• Ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral and adherence to brand guidelines

• Maintain event databases and update CRM/MIS records

• Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, ROI, feedback and satisfaction

• Create dashboards and reports for senior management
