Arni Medica Private Limited is seeking an experienced and agile HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation to support organizational growth in the medical devices/pharmaceutical sector.
Roles & Responsibilites
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs.
- Handle onboarding documentation including preparation and issuance of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Oversee payroll processing, salary revisions, incentives, and final settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Liaise with payroll vendors, statutory consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and handle disciplinary actions when required.
- Manage employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Review and monitor employee KPIs and KRAs on a weekly and monthly basis,
conduct performance discussions, track productivity, and share consolidated performance reports with management.
- Drive performance appraisal processes and support goal-setting and performance improvement plans (PIP).
- Identify training needs based on KPI/KRA gaps and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
- Monitor and ensure employee personal hygiene standards, including grooming, cleanliness, dress code, and workplace hygiene practices, in line with company policies, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends for corrective actions.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance, and compliance.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of employee information at all times.
- Support management in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as HR Generalist / HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience in Pharma / Medical Devices / Manufacturing preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, HR software, and reporting
