AM/DM - Human Resources
Your main responsibilities
The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business with a focus on improving employee productivity and engagement. He/ She will lead a team of Branch HR Managers who will be driving Business partnering in their respective locations.
The Human Resources function, its systems, tools and processes are in place to support effectively the business and to guarantee fair treatment of employees.
Key responsibilities include:
• Understanding of complex business scenarios, defining and executing the HR strategy for the branch.
• Partner in manpower budgeting and ensuring manpower deployment as per manpower plan
• Driving employee orientation, onboarding, assimilations, confirmations, transfer, promotion, relocation & grievance resolution processes.
• Conceptualization of initiatives towards employee engagement, GPTW score improvement, improvement of Internal Satisfaction Survey scores, etc.
• Ensuring smooth roll out of performance management cycle, facilitating the performance discussions & Initiating follow-up actions based on the performance reviews outcome
• Employees connect initiatives such as skip level, one-on-one meetings and stay interviews
• Driving development reviews and talent review process & enabling smooth implementation of talent initiatives
• Conducting exit interviews to contain employee attrition for key roles & drive retention initiatives.
What you bring
Expertise:
Desired experience in leading Human Resources areas for at least two years.
Knowledge and Skills:
Desired Communication skills, Human Resources Management knowledge, Negotiation skills, Stakeholder Management Skills,
Education:
Master’s in Business Administration or Human Resources
