Title: Client Account Manager

Location: Remote (India)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to take ownership of client delivery across website development, Shopify, WordPress, digital marketing, SEO, and web application projects.

This is not a project coordinator role. We are looking for someone who can independently manage projects from discovery through to delivery, lead client communications, coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered successfully without constant supervision.

The successful candidate will become the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for managing expectations, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring a high standard of delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own client projects from onboarding through to completion

• Lead client meetings and requirement gathering sessions

• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams

• Create project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery schedules

• Manage developers, designers, SEO specialists, content writers and marketing teams

• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope

• Proactively identify risks, delays and bottlenecks before they impact delivery

• Provide regular client updates and manage stakeholder expectations

• Challenge unrealistic requests and negotiate achievable timelines

• Manage project budgets and commercial considerations where required

• Ensure all project activity is tracked and maintained within Monday.com

• Monitor project profitability and resource utilisation

• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining excellent service levels

• Escalate only significant commercial, technical or client-related risks to management

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years experience managing digital agency projects





• Proven experience managing Shopify projects

• Strong experience managing WordPress projects (Nice to have)

• Experience delivering web applications, client portals or SaaS platforms

• Experience working with SEO, content, social media and digital marketing teams

• Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects

• Solid understanding of website development workflows

• Experience managing remote teams

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience working with UK, US or Australian clients

Technical Understanding Required

The ideal candidate must be able to:

• Understand Shopify development workflows

• Understand WordPress development workflows

• Understand website hosting and domain management

• Understand integrations, APIs and third-party tools at a high level

• Estimate project effort and identify delivery risks

• Challenge technical teams when required

Tools Experience:

• Monday.com (strongly preferred)

• Microsoft Teams

• Microsoft Office

• Google Workspace

• Shopify

• WordPress

• ChatGPT and AI productivity tools

Success in This Role:

After 90 days, the successful candidate should be able to:

• Independently manage all assigned client accounts

• Run client meetings without supervision

• Coordinate delivery teams effectively

• Maintain accurate project plans and deadlines

• Reduce client complaints and delivery issues

• Improve communication, accountability and project visibility across the business

Compensation: 55k-60K/Month(Slightly Negotiable)
