Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive for our Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon location. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities related to commercial real estate properties, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial units.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads for commercial real estate sales
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable properties
Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
Keep records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
Experience in commercial real estate sales is preferred
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
